Article 7. Cancellation of naturopathic consultations
Naturopathic consultations can be cancelled by the client up to 48 hours before the appointment. A refund will be made to the credit card used for payment, or by bank transfer, within approximately 5 to 10 days after cancellation. Madame Marjolaine TOURNIER reserves the right to cancel and refund or to postpone a naturopathic consultation without prior notice.
If the customer fails to attend any of the consultations, he/she forfeits them.
Madame Marjolaine TOURNIER reserves the right to deem the customer to have failed to show up for an appointment after 10 minutes
from the appointment start time.
Article 8. Right of withdrawal for dietary supplements
In application of the provisions of article L. 221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of fourteen (14) days from receipt of the order to exercise his/her right of withdrawal from Marjolaine TOURNIER, without having to justify his/her reasons or pay any penalty, for the purpose of reimbursement, on condition that the Products are returned in their original packaging, bottle still sealed, complete (i.e.; accessories, instructions) and in perfect condition, allowing them to be sold again. Damaged, unsealed, soiled or incomplete Products will not be accepted for return. In the event of the purchase of a pack of several products benefiting from a discount per unit, the Customer may exercise his right of withdrawal on the complete pack within the aforementioned period of 14 days, but he may not exercise his right of withdrawal on only one or several units of this pack. Products must be returned within fourteen (14) days following notification to Marjolaine TOURNIER of the Customer's decision to cancel. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense. This period begins at the beginning of the first hour of the first day and ends at the end of the last hour of the last day of the period. If this period expires on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, it is extended until the next working day.

Exceptions
According to article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for contracts :
- the supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized;
- the supply of goods likely to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
- the supply of goods which have been unsealed by the consumer after delivery and which cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection;
- the supply of goods which, after delivery and by their nature, are inseparably mixed with other items;
- the supply of alcoholic beverages whose delivery is deferred beyond thirty days and whose value agreed at the conclusion of the contract depends on fluctuations in the market beyond the control of the professional.
Refunds
In the event of non-receipt of the order, or for any reason other than force majeure or the fault of the Customer, the sale may be cancelled at the written request of the Customer, under the conditions set out in articles L. 216-2 of the French Consumer Code. The sums paid by the Customer will then be reimbursed no later than fourteen (14) days following the date of cancellation of the contract by the Customer, to the exclusion of any compensation or deduction.
In the event of unavailability of the Product ordered, the Customer who has opted for a refund will be reimbursed the sums paid within thirty (30) days of their payment at the latest.
If the right of retraction is exercised within the period specified in article 8, only the price of the Product(s) purchased and the delivery costs will be reimbursed, with the cost of returning the Product(s) remaining at the Customer's expense. The Customer will be reimbursed within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the Products by Marjolaine TOURNIER.
Reimbursement will be made according to the method of payment used by the Customer at the time of ordering.
Article 9 - Delivery terms
Delivery refers to the transfer of physical possession or control of the goods to the consumer.
Products are delivered to the address indicated by the purchaser on the order form, and the purchaser must ensure that this address is correct. Any parcel returned to the seller because of an incorrect or incomplete delivery address will be reshipped at the buyer's expense.
If the buyer is absent on the day of delivery, depending on the carrier, the deliveryman will leave a delivery notice in the letterbox, or by default, an e-mail notification will be sent to the recipient.
Deterioration of the package and its contents :
